I don't have enough kind words to say about Alissa! She totally made me feel at ease and comfortable every time we spoke. She was very thorough and made my kids feel comfortable and truly listened to their feelings and needs. She even had fun glitter tattoos for my girls to wear! That's definitely not a required duty for a GAL but she wanted to do that so they could have a little fun in a not so fun situation. They loved that and they really loved her!
